An Anesthetist will ensure your safety and comfort while you sleep. You will also wake up comfortably because Local Anaesthetic is given after you sleep.

This is mostly temporary. There is a 5%-20% risk and most patients recover fully over time. There are risk mitigation techniques and options that your doctor should discuss with you.

Complications to healing happens sometimes. They can be successfully treated with antibiotics, antiseptics and wound cleaning. Serious infections may need a referral to Specialists.
